Dementia

Merton Dementia Hub

The Merton Dementia Hub is a unique community based service for people with dementia, their family and carers. The Hub provides a beautifully calming environment specifically designed around people with dementia. People using the Hub will be able to access different health and social care professionals and 3rd sector organisations under one roof.

Mental Health

miapt is an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Service (IAPT) for the London Borough of Merton. ThinkAction MIAPT provides help and support for people who are suffering with mild, moderate and or severe mental health problems. The service is available for anyone over 18 years or older who lives and is registered with a GP in the borough of Merton. Their range of FREE confidential psychological therapies can help you deal with life's challenges and improve your overall wellbeing.

Refugees

South London Refugee Association aims to relieve poverty and distress by supporting refugees, asylum seekers and newly arrived migrants in South London. They provide tailored support at weekly drop-in centres, casework and advocacy, plus youth support services. They work closely with local and strategic partners to ensure the needs of refugees and asylum seekers are represented in local community networks and beyond.
