Telephone Advice may include queries about a prescription, a hospital appointment, a referral, a form that needs to be completed or advice about a minor ailment.

This will save you time, and avoid booking a face to face appointment with the GP.

If you wish to speak to a Doctor, telephone 020 8623 1300 and tell the receptionist. The doctors will return your call after morning surgery

The best time to ring for non-urgent advice or information is after 8am. The lines are open from 8.00am till 6.30pm Monday to Friday when an emergency doctor is always available for urgent matters. You should be prepared to call back if necessary or to expect a call back in some instances. You will be advised of a time frame when this is the case.
